Job Description

**Construction management related to civil engineering works**: This involves overseeing public works related to social infrastructure such as roads, embankments, coastal protection works, dams, bridges, ports, and tunnels. Responsibilities include creating construction plans, managing schedules, quality control, budget management, and safety management, along with general supervision of civil engineering works.

Our company also hires new graduates, so people of various ages are working together in balance. Currently, the construction management team consists of 3 people in their 20s, 2 in their 30s, 8 in their 40s, and 5 in their 50s. For those with no experience, senior employees provide support, while experienced workers are able to contribute as immediate assets. We also provide strong support for obtaining qualifications, including seminars, material cost subsidies, full exam fee reimbursement, and qualification allowances.

We have introduced progress management tools and attendance management systems, and when sites are far away, employees can go directly to the site and return home directly. We also encourage an atmosphere of leaving work early, keeping overtime hours low. There are also year-end and New Year's holidays, summer vacation, and Golden Week. **Job Details**:
- Construction periods: Most sites last from 3 months to 1 year.
- Business trips: None. Most of our contracts come from the prefecture.

Mandatory Requirements

- Practical experience in civil engineering construction management
- Graduates of civil engineering departments (for foreign nationals)

Preferred Requirements

- First-class Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer, Second-class Civil Engineering Construction Management Engineer
- Regular driver's license (manual transmission)
