**Position Overview:**
The mission of this position is to create recruitment results by improving, planning, and executing recruitment methods for corporate clients facing recruitment challenges.
**Responsibilities:**
(1) **Recruitment Consulting Based on Client’s Staffing Plans**
- Identifying issues, forming challenges, creating execution plans, and simulating results
- Optimizing recruitment methods, selection flow, and setting milestones and KPIs to track progress
(2) **Recruitment Operations**
- Creating operation flows for the entire selection process
- Directing the creation of job advertisements and recruitment tools
- Selecting recruitment media, wording and detailing job information, designing selection events
- Building candidate pools through job boards, recruitment agencies, and other channels
- Managing applicant data and selection progress, analyzing data, and creating reports
- Handling company presentation sessions, interviews, and selection operations
