Job Description

We do everything from planning and design to construction management and delivery
Let's start with what we can do!

First, we will meet with the client to discuss what kind of tea room they want

〇Planning and designing according to their requests
〇Preparing estimates and proposing tea room plans

Specifically, we will entrust you with the following tasks

-Meeting with those involved in the construction regarding the process and construction content
-Light work such as preparing for work on site and cleaning up as necessary
-Reporting the progress of construction to the client
-Estimate work and creating drawings using CAD
-Procedural work such as confirmation applications to government offices
-Administrative work within the company, etc.

*The sites are mainly in the Kanto region, mainly in Tokyo, Saitama, Kanagawa, etc.
We will work in a team with carpenters and craftsmen

Mandatory Requirements

・Experience in construction management
・Interested in Japanese space design, mainly tea rooms, architecture and renovations
・Practical experience with CAD for architectural interiors
・PC skills such as Word and Excel

Preferred Requirements

・Those who have a 1st or 2nd class architect license
・Those who have a 1st or 2nd class construction management engineer license
・Those who have a driver's license

Working Hours

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour break) *Overtime work: Approximately 30 hours per month on average.

Raise and Bonus

Bonus: Twice a year

Various Allowances

・Commuting Allowance: Up to ¥15,000 per month
・Qualification Allowance:
Construction Management Engineer: ¥10,000
First-Class Architect: ¥20,000
Second-Class Architect: ¥10,000
