・Sales to corporations (general businesses, general contractors, design offices, etc.), and government agencies
・The role involves sales activities to secure construction contracts. You will gather customer needs, collaborate with various internal departments (construction management, design/estimation, procurement, site administration, etc.), and make optimal proposals to clients to uncover and win new projects.
・The construction projects include the installation, maintenance, and renovation of electrical, HVAC, network, and other facilities in various types of buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, apartments, department stores, theaters, hospitals, etc.
・The scale of projects varies, ranging from a few million yen to several billion yen.
・During the first 1-2 years after joining, you will work closely with senior employees to learn the company's rules and Kansai Electric’s way of doing business.

Sales experience required
(Industry experience is not limited, not restricted to the construction industry)

Educational background: High school graduate or higher

・Experience in proposal-based or bidding-type sales in the construction industry
・Corporate sales experience in a manufacturing company
・Sales experience with general contractors (zenekon) or government agencies
・Expertise or knowledge in the energy sector
