Job Description

You will be entrusted with the operation management of the inquiry center team for a famous automobile manufacturer, which we manage.

■ Job Description
- Responding to inquiries from customers considering purchasing an electric vehicle
∟Main tasks include answering incoming and making outgoing calls regarding the following:
- Welcoming calls and dealer coordination for customers who have made a reservation
- Handling inquiries and cancellations for test drive reservations during events
- Sending approval result emails and making welcoming calls, as well as dealer coordination when a subscription is activated
*Customer contact is done by phone or email.
*The ratio of incoming vs. outgoing calls is approximately 4.5:5.5.

~What is a Welcoming Call?~
When a customer considering purchasing an electric vehicle makes a reservation to visit a dealership, the welcoming call is a phone or email to thank them for the reservation and confirm the store and visit date. Depending on the vehicle model being considered, the delivery timing may vary, and information about this will be communicated to the customer.

- Log Input
∟Entering call records, email contents, and dealer coordination details into the system.

- Email Support
∟Sending emails to users who could not be reached by phone during the welcoming call.
*Both phone and email responses are handled with provided manuals and templates, so you can proceed with confidence.

- Team Leader Duties
∟Once familiar with the operator tasks, you will take on the role of team leader, which includes:
- Managing and supporting staff (labor management, shift management)
- Formulating team operations, managing finances
- Progress reporting to clients and various adjustments
- Managing service quality
*On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided by senior staff, and support will continue after training.

■ Number of Cases Handled
∟You will handle approximately 40–50 cases per month.
*Calculated based on the average for the year 2022.
*Starting from June 2023, there may be an increase of about 10 outbound calls related to test drive invitations.

■ Project Features

Through this work, you can improve your operational and communication skills.
The complaint rate is 0.6%, making it a job with very few difficult cases to handle.

■ Staff Structure
Department size: Around 30 people
Same job: 3 men, 5 women (average age: approximately 30 years)

Operator: About 0–5 hours per month
Supervisor: About 10 hours per month
