Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the IT Help Desk for a major hospitality facility, operated by our company. This includes handling inquiries and requests from the headquarters of the hospitality company and hotels (accommodation facilities).

What is an IT Help Desk?
It’s an IT-related role where you assist with issues such as "I don't understand how to operate this," "An error has occurred," or "My account has been locked." You’ll provide support to resolve these issues and set up IT equipment.

Responding to inquiries related to IT equipment
Creating FAQs
Handling inquiries about internal applications
Providing guidance on how to operate equipment and systems via phone or email
Initial setup of IT devices (iPhone, PC, tablet, etc.)
Based on your skill level, you will also be assigned the following responsibilities:

Developing team management methods and monitoring revenue and expenses

Work with a team (ranging from 1 to 50 members, depending on the project) to meet client needs and strategize.
Monitor financial movements related to operations.
Reporting progress to clients and handling various adjustments

Provide progress updates on assigned tasks to clients through web meetings, phone, and email, and adjust according to progress.
Staff management (labor management, shift management)

Organize staff shifts and coordinate job assignments or adjustments accordingly.
Service quality management

Find the best ways to improve service quality and reduce mistakes.

Team Structure
Number of staff: 3 men

Working Hours

Training Program
