Job Description

You will be responsible for handling inquiries related to HR and labor software. You will assist customers using the cloud-based HR and labor software and optional services developed and sold by the client company.

■ Job Description
- **Inquiries Handling**
∟ Address inquiries related to the use of HR and labor software
(e.g.)
- Not sure how to input time clock data
- Uncertain about the procedure for new employee registration
- Need help with using payroll software
You will pass on tasks to the client, and since you will connect with the client via camera, if you have any questions, you can directly ask the client. There is a solid support system in place to assist you.

- **Data Entry**
∟ Input correspondence history

For **General Full-time Employees, Regional Limited Full-time Employees, and Contract Employees**, depending on skill development, the following additional duties may be assigned:

- **Team Operations and Financial Management**
∟ You will work with a team (1–50 members depending on the project) to develop strategies to meet the client’s needs and manage financial movements related to the operations.

- **Progress Reporting to Clients and Adjustments**
∟ Report the progress of assigned tasks to clients via web meetings, phone, or email, and make necessary adjustments based on the progress.

- **Staff Management (Labor and Shift Management)**
∟ Coordinate work assignments and adjustments based on staff shifts.

- **Service Quality Management**
∟ Develop strategies to improve service quality and reduce mistakes, and manage the implementation of these strategies.

*On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided by senior staff, and follow-up support will continue after training.*

■ Department Structure
The team consists of one Leader (SV), one Sub-Leader (SSV), and two Operators. The team has a lively and friendly atmosphere with many female members. It’s a small, highly skilled team that works collaboratively.

- Experience creating documents using Excel functions, Word, and PowerPoint
