Job Description

**[Recruitment Background]**
To further improve the productivity of our BPO business, we aim to accelerate the realization of this goal by hiring individuals with expertise in systems, project management, and business process improvement from the IT industry.

**[Summary]**
As part of the BPO department, you will be responsible for executing consolidated financial closing and disclosure document preparation tasks entrusted by our clients, while concurrently driving business process improvements to achieve greater operational efficiency and productivity as a consultant.

**[Details]**
The BPO business specialized in consolidated financial closing and disclosures has seen over 20% annual growth for more than 10 years, while also achieving high profitability. However, we aim to reach even greater heights with a mission focused on improving productivity. A key to realizing this is the "standardization and systematization" driven primarily by system utilization. Currently, the BPO business has over 200 clients, but at the start of projects, there are often differences in how each client handles their tasks, leading to inconsistencies. We are working on an organization-wide, cross-departmental initiative to address this issue.

After joining, you will initially take on the execution of consolidated financial closing and disclosure tasks, or individual financial closing tasks, as part of the BPO project team. Some tasks may require specialized knowledge and experience, but since we have structured the tasks with a team-based approach, you will be able to expand your responsibilities while receiving support from experienced colleagues.

In parallel with the financial closing tasks, you will also apply your IT system expertise. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and your direct supervisor to assess the current status of business processes and system usage, identify issues, and develop strategies for improvement. You will prioritize these improvements, advancing business process optimization through the maximum utilization of system functions like DivaSystem, as well as addressing broader areas such as creating talent development frameworks, and establishing project initiation and handover methods. The improvement points are diverse and extend beyond process optimization, encompassing areas like personnel training systems and project management practices. While you will be deeply involved in operations, you should also maintain an objective, step-back perspective to deliver value as a business improvement consultant.

**Career Path**
Depending on your interests, after joining, you will have opportunities to expand your role in the company-wide productivity improvement initiatives, challenge line management roles in the field, or take on external consulting responsibilities. We are looking for individuals who resonate with our company vision of improving the management structure of large enterprises through our unique blend of software and services (BPO). We look forward to receiving applications from those who share our vision.

[Company PR] About Diva Inc. Diva Inc. (formerly Fierte Inc.) inherited the development of DivaSystem LCA and related products from the former Diva Inc. as of September 2022. The company changed its name to "Diva Inc." on October 1, 2022. Fierte, founded on August 7, 2017, evolved from the original Diva Inc., established in 1997, with a 25-year history. The integration of the original software products (old Diva) and BPO services (old Fierte) began in 2011, and now, Diva is advancing the "Software × BPO" combination. The company's history can be divided into three phases. Phase one (1997-2013) saw the creation of the group’s founding business and the launch of "DivaSystem," which now holds over 40% market share in Japan and is used by approximately 1,200 clients. Strengths: Diva's strength lies in its customer base, including around 100 of the top 200 listed companies on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Since the mandatory disclosure of consolidated financial statements in 2000, the number of DivaSystem users has steadily increased, maintaining market leadership for over 10 years. With changes in accounting rules and challenges like labor shortages, Diva’s BPO services continue to grow. Diva leverages its stable customer base while pursuing continuous innovation.
