[Job Description]
You will be responsible for labor management at our bases. Specifically,
-Time attendance management
-Payroll calculations, tax collection and payment
-Social insurance procedures
-Welfare procedures: life insurance, welfare facility applications, work uniform rental, etc.
-Health management
-Base recruitment: high school graduate recruitment, mid-career recruitment (each base has a recruitment quota)
-Education: Responding to training recruitment from the human resources development department, training plans within the bases

・Those with 3+ years of experience in labor management at a company
or 3+ years of experience in labor management at BPO or payroll
Education: High school graduate or above
・Experience in labor management in the construction industry
・Knowledge of labor laws (Labor Standards Act, Industrial Safety and Health Act, Minimum Wage Act, etc.)
・Related qualifications (Social Insurance Labor Consultant Examination, Health and Safety Manager, etc.)
・Skills to perform work accurately
・Knowledge of information security (protection of personal information)
