As a consultant for the HR domain B2B SaaS service "Talent Palette," you will provide implementation support and consulting aimed at solving issues related to the use of Talent Palette.
Specific job duties: You will work closely with companies that have implemented "Talent Palette," helping them with initial setup tailored to their goals and challenges, suggesting and supporting initiatives using the tool, and collaborating with clients to solve their problems. You will also support customers in various ways, such as being a speaker at regular tool study sessions.
Examples of tasks:
Listening to challenges and proposing necessary data types and initiatives for resolution.
Proposing and supporting data management methods and data collection strategies based on the challenges.
Supporting the use and integration of Talent Palette into the company.
(Currently, we are primarily recruiting for paid consulting positions, but assignment will depend on your preferences and suitability.)
Roles include:
Customer Support
