Job Description

Job Overview
You will be working as part of the helpdesk team for employees at a major foreign company. Specifically, the following tasks will be assigned to you.

Job Responsibilities

User Support: Handle inquiries, escalate issues from global teams, manage announcements, and provide support for different locations.
Account Management: Register, delete, and modify various accounts, perform maintenance tasks.
Request Handling: Respond to inquiries about various request forms, register, delete, and modify systems.
PC Kit Setup: Set up PCs, install applications, and handle hardware troubleshooting.
IT Asset Management: Register and manage assets, perform inventory checks, and handle IT equipment storage and repair requests.
Network Equipment Support: Provide support during network equipment failures.
Customer Coordination and Negotiation
Collaboration with Other Locations
Incident Analysis and Management
Business Improvement and Issue Management
Note: Depending on the selection process, you may be assigned to a different project that matches your experience.
Note: There may be future opportunities for re-assignment (transfer).

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in IT helpdesk or as a systems development engineer
Ability to read and write emails in English (No specific practical experience or language proficiency required, but no resistance to using English is necessary)
A team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Willingness to learn new things
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage them effectively
