(1) Recruitment planning consulting based on client personnel plans
Identifying issues, forming challenges, developing execution plans, creating simulations, optimizing recruitment methods and selection processes, setting milestones and KPIs for progress tracking of recruitment activities.
(2) Recruitment operational tasks
Building the operation flow for the entire selection process, directing the creation of recruitment ads and tools, selecting recruitment channels, language refining and detailing recruitment information, planning and designing selection events, creating a talent pool through recruitment media and recruitment agencies, managing applicant data and tracking selection status, data collection/analysis and report preparation, conducting company presentations and interviews for selection process outsourcing.

Over 2 years of experience in mid-career recruitment at a corporate or RPO service company
Additionally, one of the following experiences:
5+ years of B2B business experience
2+ years of people management experience
