Job Description

\No experience required, great opportunity for future managers!/
As a Team Leader (Supervisor), you will be responsible for managing the team.
Note: Based on suitability and personal preferences, you will be assigned to either IT help desk, call center, BPO, or HR operations and management tasks.

★ We offer up to 3 months of "Special Training" to help you get started with confidence, even if you have no prior experience!
The training is designed to teach you the fundamentals of being a team leader, so you can transition from no industry experience to becoming an operations manager.
Note: The treatment remains the same during the probation and training period.

Training Flow (Note: The training flow and duration may vary depending on skills)
Month 1: Start with the basics, learning business manners, foundational service operations knowledge, and management skills.
Month 2: Learn through past case studies and materials, studying the processes for launching new projects.
Month 3: Culminating the training by learning the basics and application of service operations and team member training.
Team Leader (Supervisor) Debut: After debuting, senior staff will provide strong support.

Working Hours
