Job Description

**Popular Data Entry Work! Get Involved with TV Stations' Projects from Sasebo★**

You will be responsible for **data entry related to TV ratings** for a media/marketing research planning and survey company operated by our company.

*Starting as an operator, you will have the opportunity to eventually take on management roles as a team leader (SV) in the future.*

**Job Description:**
- **Daily Report Data Creation**
- Program material creation
- Data creation
- Processing updates

- **Delivery Handling** (Evenings 6:00 PM onwards, weekends and holidays only)
- Daily report duties (updating and obtaining changes)
- Delivery of daily report data

- **Weekly Report Data Creation**
- Update confirmed tables (post-broadcast)
- Final checks of weekly reports
- Pre-delivery checks of semi-confirmed reports

- **Weekly Report Confirmation**
- Check network programs... list check, program data corrections, change checks

- **Customer Support** (Phone, email, chat, web meetings, etc.)
- Detailed inquiries about information listed to clients
- Providing updates, proposals for improvements, and discussions about ongoing work with client representatives

**Team Structure:**
Project team size: 40 people
Staff range from early 20s to late 50s

The media industry and broadcasting stations have unique aspects, making tasks like "learning" and "data entry" challenging at times. However, by engaging with customers, you will find fulfillment in contributing to the media industry. The atmosphere is friendly and team-oriented. **Training and Support after Joining:**
After joining, you will first undergo initial training on "business manners," "center rules," "communication skills," and "basics of support work," followed by placement in the field. Upon placement, you will receive lectures on industry knowledge from clients, as well as on-the-job training (OJT) from senior staff to catch up with your duties. The estimated time to become fully independent is about one month.

- Experience with PC-related tasks in a professional setting
- Basic skills in typing, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Sales administration
- General office work
- Call center experience

Working Hours
