Mechanical (electrical) maintenance work for mass production of small items using a Danish-made DISA231A high-speed automatic molding machine.
■About the factory:
Modern equipment that pursues energy and labor saving that makes use of outstanding technology and know-how. The casting department of the head office factory casts die-casting die holders, press dies, and various industrial machine parts. With a maximum weight of 15 tons, the factory is characterized by high quality and quick delivery by melting in a medium-frequency electric furnace and full mold casting using polystyrene foam patterns.
A major feature of this factory is that it also has a machining factory, where it carries out finishing processing from mass-produced small parts to large castings. It has a wide range of cutting-edge processing equipment such as a Yokonaka machining center and a gantry machining center, and meets the needs of customers with high-precision finished parts.

Mechanical-related: Arc welding, gas welding/cutting, hoisting, crane operation, forklift, etc.
