Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the operations of the [Inquiry Desk Team for a well-known automobile manufacturer operated by our company].

■ Job Description
- Responding to inquiries from customers considering purchasing electric vehicles.
∟ The main tasks involve receiving and making calls regarding the following:
- Welcoming calls and dealer coordination for customers who have made a store reservation
- Responding to inquiries or cancellations of test drive reservations during events
- Sending approval result emails, making welcoming calls, and dealer coordination during subscription initiation
* Communication with customers will be conducted via phone and email.
* The ratio of receiving vs making calls is approximately 4.5:5.5.

~What is a Welcoming Call~
A welcoming call is made when we receive a store reservation from a customer considering purchasing an electric vehicle. The purpose is to thank them for their reservation and confirm the store and visit time.
Since the delivery time varies depending on the vehicle model the customer is considering, you will provide this information to the customer.

- Log Entry
∟ You will input records of calls, email contents, and coordination details with dealers into the system.

- Email Response
∟ When a call during a welcoming call is unsuccessful, you will send an email to the customer.
* Although you will handle phone and email responses, manuals and templates are provided, so there is no need to worry.

- Team Leader Duties
∟ Once you are familiar with the operator duties, you will take on the following responsibilities as a team leader:
- Staff management and support (Labor management, shift management)
- Develop team operation methods, budget management
- Progress reports to clients and coordination
- Service quality management, etc.
* OJT (On-the-Job Training) will be provided by senior staff, and there will be ongoing support after the training is completed.

■ Number of Cases Handled
∟ You will handle approximately 40-50 cases per month.
* This is based on the average from the fiscal year 2022 (one year).
* After June 2023, the number of calls related to test drive recruitment may increase by about 10 cases.

■ Project Features
The project team has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere!
Through this role, you can improve your operational and communication skills.
The complaint rate is 0.6%, which means that there are very few difficult situations to handle, making this role appealing.

Department size: Approximately 30 people
Colleagues in the same role: 3 men and 5 women (Average age: around 30 years)

Operator: Around 0-5 hours per month on average
Supervisor: Around 10 hours per month on average

Mandatory Requirements

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Ability to perform basic PC operations (keyboard usage, internet browsing, etc.)
Call center experience is preferred.

Working Hours

Working Hours: ① 09:00 – 18:00 / ② 10:00 – 19:00 (Standard working hours: 8 hours) Actual working hours: 8 hours (with a 60-minute break) You will work on a shift system with two patterns as mentioned above. Depending on the assigned project, you may be asked to work hours other than the ones above. Working Days: Shift system including weekends and holidays Please be assured that it is a complete two-day weekend system. In the future, there may be opportunities to transfer to projects with fixed working hours or a shift system (including days and times).
