Job Description

\No Experience Required – Management Candidates Wanted for New Business Launch!/
You can take on the challenge as part of the new team being set up at the Sasebo Outsourcing Center!

You will be responsible for operating the [customer service desk team for multiple companies] that we plan to manage.

Each team will consist of around 6 members.
You will start as an operator, and eventually, you could take on management duties as a team leader (SV).
Job Description:

Alcohol Check Desk
You will check the alcohol test results for employees of major building management companies and large pharmaceutical companies when they drive.
You may handle 30-40 calls per hour.

Internet-based Test Operations
You will prepare for and oversee WEB exams and monitor the exams on the day.

First-level Phone Inquiries
You will handle theft and loss cases for PCs and mobile devices.
This includes providing clients with necessary instructions, and contacting PC management companies or mobile phone providers for data erasure requests.

Server Monitoring
You will be the first point of contact in case of an alert.

Other Duties
Including shift registration tasks, notifying customers about service issues or maintenance, etc.

Team Leader Duties
Once you are familiar with operator duties, you will take on team leader tasks, including:

Managing and supporting staff (labor and shift management)
Developing team management methods and managing finances
Reporting progress to clients and coordinating various tasks
Service quality management, etc.
If you have leadership or management experience, you can utilize your skills and experience in this role.
OJT (on-the-job training) will be provided by senior staff, and you will receive continued support after training.
Project Features:
Since we have gained expertise in handling alcohol check desks and other tasks through our Miyazaki Outsourcing Center, even those new to the job can feel confident starting with us.
You will work alongside centers in the Kanto region and Miyazaki, with support from senior employees.
While engaging in call center operations and internet-based test management, we hope to see you step up to a team management role, such as a supervisor, based on your progress.

Training and Support After Joining:
After joining, you will receive initial training covering "business manners," "center rules," "communication skills," "basic support skills," and "IT/technical basics," after which you will be assigned to your team.
You will learn from clients and receive industry knowledge while gaining hands-on experience through OJT with senior staff.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Experience:

Experience with PC operations in a business setting
Basic proficiency in typing, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Customer service experience (for both corporate and individual clients)
Preferred Experience:

Sales administration
General office work
Call center/help desk operations and experience
Sales, customer service, retail, etc.
Candidates who are able to provide polite and professional service over the phone are highly welcomed!
Education:
Graduate degree, University degree, Technical college graduate, High school graduate

Working Hours

Working Hours (Shift Examples): ① 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ② 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM ③ 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Designated working hours: 8 hours) Actual working hours: 8 hours (with a 60-minute break) You will work one of the shifts from ① to ③. Shifts will be adjusted to ensure 24/7 coverage. Work Days: Shift system including weekends and holidays Rest assured, you will have two days off per week. There is a possibility of future transfer to a fixed working schedule or shift-based projects (including days and times).
