Job Title: Concierge (Existing Sales) for HR B2B SaaS Service "Talent Palette"
As a concierge for the HR B2B SaaS service "Talent Palette," you will provide consulting proposals, upsell and cross-sell services to help solve client challenges.
Specific Duties: For companies that have implemented "Talent Palette," you will assist with the initial setup of the tool and provide proposals and implementation support for strategies tailored to their goals and challenges. You will work closely with clients to address their issues. Additionally, to further promote the use of Talent Palette, you will propose paid consultations, offer new features and options, and plan and manage user events.
Job Responsibilities:
Existing sales activities such as upselling and cross-selling
Conducting client needs assessments and proposing the necessary data and strategies to solve their problems
Proposing and supporting data management and collection methods tailored to the client's challenges
Supporting the effective use and integration of Talent Palette within the client organization
Team Assignment: Concierge (Existing Sales)
Required Experience:
At least 2 years of sales experience with enterprise companies
Education Level:
Graduate School, University, or Technical College graduate (or equivalent)
Experience in corporate sales with the ability to handle front-facing responsibilities for enterprise clients.
