**Job Description**
You will be in charge of consulting sales for BPO services (game debugging, software testing, online support, etc.), primarily in the gaming, entertainment, and IT industries. The target clients will be approximately 70% existing customers and 30% new customers. New customer acquisition will mainly involve inbound sales, such as client referrals and inquiries. As the company offers multiple services, you will have a wide range of solutions to propose.
**Specific Duties:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- New business development (Inbound: New customers 30%, Existing customers 70%)
- Create and propose communication plans and account plans
- Follow-up and deepen relationships with existing customers
**Clients:**
- Handle a wide range of clients, from national clients to small and medium-sized enterprises
- You will work on projects with annual sales ranging from 500 million to 2 billion yen per client
