Salary Details

Job Description

As a Solution Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proposing IT solutions to clients who are facing challenges, not just offering human resources, but also solutions to address their issues. We are hiring new staff to strengthen our department.

**Specific Responsibilities:**
- Acquiring prospective customers (marketing to inside sales), etc.
- Providing solutions tailored to customer needs (hypotheses, interviews, presentations), etc.
- Sales administrative tasks (quotations, contracts, orders, deliveries, inspections, invoicing), etc.
- Follow-up with existing clients.

**Expectations:**
To expand the IT solutions sector, the company places significant importance on increasing the number of transactions with end users and building a strong customer base.
For the person we hire, we expect them to make proposals that will gain customers’ trust, regardless of the order amount. For example, when there is a request for system improvements developed by another vendor, it may be more profitable to develop a new system and replace it. However, if improving the existing system is more aligned with solving the customer’s issues, we would recommend the latter solution.
We encourage starting with small transactions to gain the customer’s trust and, over time, take on proposals for corporate IT solutions.

Mandatory Requirements

Solution Sales Experience: 27 to 35 years old
