・Sales to corporations (general businesses, general contractors, design offices, etc.), and government agencies
・The role involves sales activities to secure construction contracts. You will gather customer needs, collaborate with various internal departments (construction management, design/estimation, procurement, site administration, etc.), and make optimal proposals to clients to uncover and win new projects.
・The construction projects include the installation, maintenance, and renovation of electrical, HVAC, network, and other facilities in various types of buildings, such as office buildings, hotels, apartments, department stores, theaters, hospitals, etc.
・The scale of projects varies, ranging from a few million yen to several billion yen.
・During the first 1-2 years after joining, you will work closely with senior employees to learn the company rules and Kansai Electric's work style.
・Candidates with experience in proposal-based or bidding-type sales in the construction industry
Educational background: High school graduate or higher
・Sales experience in electrical, HVAC, or other facility construction, or construction industry sales
・Sales experience with general contractors (zenekon) or government agencies
・Expertise in the energy sector or related fields
