【Rental Management Support Duties】
~Connecting real estate management companies, property owners, and tenants, providing support during lease terminations~
You will assist with the following rental management support tasks, such as attending move-out inspections for rental properties (apartments, condominiums, etc.), proposing and scheduling restoration work, and coordinating with construction companies.
【Job Description】
■ Requests from real estate and rental management companies → Attend move-out inspections and conduct interior checks during lease termination
■ Arrange for contractors to carry out restoration work → Conduct final inspection upon completion
■ After-move-in follow-up and repair responses
- Individuals with a valid driver's license (AT limited is acceptable)
Highest level of education: Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree
- Experience in rental management in the real estate industry or experience in the renovation industry is preferred
(However, candidates with no experience but a strong willingness to learn are also welcome)
