Salary Details

Salary: 6,500,000 - 9,500,000 yen *Depending on experience and skills *Monthly salary + bonus 3 times ■Salary increase once a year (April) ■Full transportation expenses paid *Basic salary of 264,000 yen or more is based on a monthly salary system of basic salary (from 264,000 yen) + fixed overtime allowance (from 77,000 yen). Equivalent hours of fixed overtime allowance: 35 hours/month. For overtime work exceeding 35 hours, a separate overtime allowance will be paid.

Job Description

You will be an infrastructure operation and maintenance service manager for a major pharmaceutical company.
You will mainly be working on large-scale existing projects of up to 800M per year (up to 60 man-months).
-Lead and manage projects (quality, issues, work hours, member support, etc.)
-Facilitate internal and external meetings (creating materials, preparing agendas, checking progress, etc.)
-Communicate with customers, manage and monitor the items that have been handed over, and work with L1 Lead and L2 Lead to ensure stable continuity of operational services
-Plan and implement improvement proposals for operational issues
-Global support (English speaking skills are not required as this is an environment where you can leave it to members)
-Very rarely, business trips are available

-Working from home will allow for good WLB (come to head office about once a week, and to client sites as necessary)
