Job Description

The role involves assisting with the management of rental properties (such as apartments and houses) during tenant moves-out. You'll help facilitate the move-out process, perform inspections of the property, suggest necessary repairs or restoration works, and manage the schedule for the contractors involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to requests from real estate agencies and property management companies
Attend move-out inspections, perform property checks, and discuss settlement with tenants
Arrange for contractors to handle restoration work (original condition repairs) and manage their schedules
Provide after-move-in support, including repairs and follow-up on tenant needs
Typical Workday:

9:00 AM: Start work; review agenda and prepare for move-out inspections
10:00 AM: Attend a move-out inspection with the tenant, checking the property and discussing settlement
12:00 PM: Lunch break
1:00 PM: Perform final inspections or check the progress of restoration work
4:00 PM: Return to office, complete paperwork, estimate costs, and finalize communications with tenants or contractors
6:00 PM: Complete daily reports, prepare for the next day, and leave for the day

Mandatory Requirements
