【Join System Development Projects for the Financial (Banking/Trust, etc.) and Pharmaceutical Industries】
You will join business system development projects for major companies, starting with the financial industry. At our company, domestic SEs (PL/PM) focus on requirements definition and design processes, in collaboration with our offshore development teams.
【Specific Duties】
- Negotiation and coordination with clients
- Requirements definition and design tasks
- Offshore development management (creating instructions for schedule and quality control, as well as managing personnel)
*Most development work is carried out at our offshore locations.

- Candidates with some development experience (approximately 3 years or more expected)
- Candidates with a degree (at least a bachelor's degree)

【Evaluation System】
Evaluation is based on the ITSS framework. Set goals, and at the end of the year (once a year), have discussions with a mentor and supervisor. Self-evaluation and evaluations from your supervisor are combined to determine the final assessment. The clarity of the evaluation system means that it is clear what to focus on next. Supervisors will assist in setting personalized goals, ensuring no unrealistic targets are set. Rest assured.
