Three times a year (March, July, December) *Average total of 5.5 months paid in the previous fiscal year

Qualification allowance (10,000-30,000 yen), position allowance (1,000-50,000 yen), family allowance (for non-working employees (students) excluding spouse), education allowance (5,000-20,000 yen ✖number of employees), overtime allowance, commuting allowance (actual expenses paid), and special allowance (3,000-100,000).
