Salary Details

Annual salary system: 3.8 million yen to 6.5 million yen (paid in 1/12 monthly installments) The monthly payment includes assumed overtime (45 hours per month). In this position, you will be responsible for solving development issues for clients and improving customer loyalty through the acquisition of new clients, contributing to the expansion of the company's business.

You will be tasked with sales proposals for our solution services in response to challenges in client IT development projects, including QA (quality assurance).

Detailed Job Description

Acquiring new appointments
Initial meetings and issue identification
Preparing proposals and estimates
Presentation of plans
Contract signing (with legal checks by the parent company's legal team)
Client follow-up
100% of the sales focus will be on new business development.
Post-contract signing and service implementation will be handed over to the sales office or engineers, allowing you to focus entirely on sales activities.
Client Types

Existing industries primarily include game and internet businesses, with IT companies being the main clients.
You will approach both large corporations and small-medium businesses, with a recent focus on acquiring enterprise clients.

The ISI Business Division’s Sales Management Department currently operates with a small, elite team. You will collaborate with members from the headquarters and Sapporo while carrying out your duties.
