【Rental Management Support Duties】
~Connecting real estate management companies, property owners, and tenants to provide support during contract terminations~
You will assist with rental property (such as apartments and condos) move-out procedures, including on-site inspections, suggesting restoration and repair work, and managing schedules for contractors.
【Job Description】
■ Requests from real estate companies/rental management companies → Attending move-out inspections and conducting interior checks during contract terminations
■ Coordinating restoration work contractors → Conducting post-repair inspections
■ After-sales support and handling repairs after tenants move in
- Must have a valid driver's license (AT limited is acceptable)
- Experience in rental management in the real estate industry or in the renovation industry is preferred
