New Business (Power Plants, Real Estate, and Other Sectors) Operations
As a Planning Position, you will be responsible for drafting new business plans, including business acquisitions, company establishment, and supporting the operation of new ventures. You will participate as a member of a project team of 2-3 people.
For those without prior experience, you will start by creating simple documents, and gradually be entrusted with the following tasks based on your experience.

[Specific Responsibilities]
・Reviewing various aspects of new business initiatives
・Creating business and financial plans
・Handling various conditions related to business establishment (coordination with banks, accounting firms, lawyers, etc.)
・Procedures related to asset purchase and sale agreements
・Preparing proposal documents related to the above tasks

・Experience in the financial industry (e.g., banking, leasing)
・Practical experience in law or accounting firms (high school graduate acceptable)
・University graduates with a major in law or business-related fields
・Possession of qualifications such as the Business Legal Examination Level 2 or Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
・Practical experience in accounting, legal affairs, general affairs, or planning departments
・Bachelor’s degree or higher (high school diploma may be acceptable depending on the conditions)
