Design and cost estimation of building structures
- Design and cost estimation of condominiums, factories, welfare facilities for the aged, private residences and public facilities (Scope of Change) Services as determined by the Company

Experience in design and estimation of building structures
・Common car driving license (AT limited is acceptable)

・1st/2nd class construction management engineer qualifications preferred

08:00-17:00 ◎Working hours: 8 hours / 1 hour break ◎Overtime: 10 hours per month on average

Three times a year (March, July, December) *Average total of 5.5 months paid in the previous fiscal year

・Qualification allowance (10,000-30,000 yen) ・Position allowance (1,000-50,000 yen) ・Family allowance (non-employed persons (students) excluding spouses) ・Education allowance (5,000-20,000 yen x number of people)
