Job Description

■ About the blockchain market and the company's challenges

In the future, it is expected that all assets will be converted into digital assets, mainly assets with value backing such as stocks, bonds, derivatives, and real estate, known as RWA.

In addition, the market capitalization of stable coins, which will likely become the mainstream of digital transactions in the future, is more than 25 trillion yen as of June 2024, which is only 0.5% of the total legal tender. The main use case so far has been cryptocurrency trading, and it is expected that the market will exceed 400 trillion yen by 2028 due to its use in the real economy in the future.

In Japan, a bill defining stable coins will be enacted in June 2023, the first in a developed country, and major companies and countries are also showing a proactive stance, so it is expected that there will be even more excitement in the future.

In such a large market, we are challenging ourselves with our world-leading technical capabilities to build the infrastructure required for digital transactions, which connects blockchains safely and at low cost.

Although technical success is gradually coming into sight, there are still many hurdles to overcome in order to succeed as a product and business. Although we are in a business phase with uncertainty, we have the foundations in place to take on a big challenge. We would love to see people who are interested in taking on a challenge from Japan in a huge global market join us.

■ Mission
As a Technical PdM, you will be tasked with the following tasks:

- Discuss the business team's feature requests from the perspective of product value
- Share the content discussed with the business team with engineers based on product understanding
- Make decisions as a development team while involving necessary members
- Development direction (detailing specifications, prioritizing tasks, optimal member assignment)


- Languages: Go, Rust, Solidity, Kotlin, etc.
- Blockchain: Ethereum, Tendermint, Cosmos SDK, Hyperledger Fabric, etc.
- Web frameworks: go-kit, etc.
- RDBMS: MySQL
- Middleware: Kubernetes, gRPC, ElasticSearch, Fluentd
- Infrastructure: AWS (ECS, Aurora, ElasticSearchService, CloudHSM, etc.)

CI/DevOps: CircleCI, Terraform

Monitoring: Datadog, OpenTelemetry

Source code management: git

Project management: GitHub, Jira

Information sharing tools: Slack, Confluence, etc.


This is an application that enables token transfer and settlement between different blockchains, and we aim to launch a production environment within 2024. By using this application, token transfer between different blockchains and settlement using stable coins between different blockchains such as NFTs and security tokens will be possible.

Mandatory Requirements

■ Required skills
- Experience in a product development team, organizing the value of the product through discussions with the business team, and coordinating with the development team
- Experience reading English documents (At this stage, there will be no conversations in English. Therefore, if you have no problem reading English, there is no problem.)

Preferred Requirements

- Experience as a software engineer
- Product management experience in products that require complex business logic
- An academic background in computer science
- Experience working with blockchain technology or developing products using blockchain
- Experience in directing and communicating in English
