Job Description

In addition to meeting with clients and designers, you will be responsible for (1) managing and coordinating the progress of construction based on the schedule, (2) carrying out construction work within budget and managing costs, (3) formulating and implementing safety plans and ensuring safety on-site, and (4) complying with construction quality standards and ensuring quality.

Mandatory Requirements

・Individuals with experience in site management
・Graduates from architecture-related departments
・Those who can create construction drawings using CAD

Preferred Requirements

・Those who hold a 1st or 2nd class construction management technician certification.
