As an "innovation design consulting studio," we support the launch of new businesses for large companies with a co-creative approach.
With the mission of "making new things valuable," we will combine the overwhelming development capabilities of our group company Sun Asterisk with NEWH's design x business know-how to implement new and meaningful businesses in society.
NEWh's project manager is the flag-bearer for the project. We bring together "unusual" professionals such as client members, NEWH's service designers and business designers, and external partners into one team, and aim to create, realize, and grow business ideas through co-creation.
Specifically, we will promote the project while defining project goals, designing the execution process, forming teams, designing communication for co-creation, and managing QCD. In addition, we are characterized by providing decision-making support for decision makers and POs in complex and highly uncertain new business development.
- Organize project requirements, define the process to be executed together with service designers and business designers, and ensure smooth progress throughout the project
- Team building and creation of a co-creation environment that brings together highly skilled professionals from inside and outside the company
- Overall QCD management, understanding potential risks and taking appropriate measures
- Support decision-making for decision makers and POs, etc.

Salary
Qualifications (required)
- Project requirements definition
Able to verbalize and organize project requirements (purpose, goal, period, budget, constraints) based on interviews with decision makers and POs.
- Process design
Able to work with the team to design the overall roadmap and execution process based on project requirements.
- QCD management
Able to manage QCD while looking at the project from a bird's-eye view, understand potential risks, and implement appropriate preventative measures and solutions. Always think about things from the perspective of achieving the project goal and make appropriate decisions. Able to return to the project goal on a regular basis, not get too caught up in decisions, and flexibly change processes and project requirements.
- Co-creation environment creation
Able to understand the will and characteristics of each member and promote the project while ensuring psychological safety so that each member can demonstrate their abilities toward the project goal.
- Decision support
Able to support decision-making with appropriate advice by working closely with decision makers and POs.
- Experience in business creation, PO, PdM, or project team leader at a business company
- Experience in supporting business companies using methods such as service design and business design at a consulting company
- Product development experience in collaboration with engineers and designers as a development PM during the development phase
