You will be responsible for welding work associated with the manufacture of carts and pallets used to move things. You will also be responsible for making prototypes according to drawings and manufacturing tools necessary for mass production.

Our sales staff will listen to the needs of customers, such as "We need to replenish carts because the number of items in the warehouse is increasing" and "We want to replace the pallets we are currently using because they are old." After that, the sales staff and the design staff will work together to create the product drawings, and then it's your turn!


▼Cutting
The iron that will be used as the component is cut to the specified length and shape using a saw blade or high-speed cutter.
▼Bending
The cut iron is bent as necessary.
▼Connecting
The processed iron is joined together using a welding machine (semi-automatic welding machine, carbon dioxide gas, etc.).


A prototype is made based on the drawing. When welding, metal has the property of shrinking, so even if it is cut to the length and shape according to the drawing, it is not guaranteed that the product will be as imagined. Therefore, the dimensions must be finalized while finely adjusting the length and bending. This prototyping process is repeated about three times, and once the customer gives the OK, production begins.


When manufacturing a large number of the same products, a tool that assists in this process is called a "jig." For example, it is a machine or device that fixes and positions the items to be welded. By making these jigs before mass production, the efficiency of subsequent work improves dramatically, making it possible to mass-produce about 100 units on average, and sometimes several thousand units.

Bonus: Twice a year (in August and December) 500,000 to 1,000,000 JPY Bonus amount is based on the previous year's performance.
