Job Description

■Job Overview
We solve our customers' marketing and DX problems through the proposal and provision of MA tools and system development using GCP. Demand for solving DX problems using data is increasing, and we are grateful to receive requests and consultations every day. We are recruiting members to strengthen our sales organization.

■Job Details
We ask you to conduct sales activities for new and existing customers.

We will make appointments with leads obtained from inquiries and referrals from the branding site and conduct business negotiations. We will confirm the management and marketing issues of our customers through interviews and propose optimal solutions based on the issues (MA tools, CDP tools, etc.). We will also be entrusted with regular communication with the SaaS vendors who develop the tools.

・Negotiating with new/existing customers (interviewing, proposing optimal products)

*The ratio is 8 new leads to 2 existing leads, and you will be mainly responsible for dealing with new leads

・Planning and considering solutions (overall picture of the measures, implementation schedule, etc.)

・Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders according to the requirements for resolving issues

・Regular communication with SaaS vendors (handling customer introductions from vendors, sharing product update information, etc.)

(Number of companies to be handled: About 5-10 companies per month. Depending on the level of product knowledge, etc., you will be gradually entrusted with the task)
After joining the company, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to understand customers' issues through learning about products, daily reporting and sharing, weekly and monthly regular meetings, and regular 1-on-1 meetings. We aim to be in a state where you can think for yourself about what is needed in response to customer inquiries and requests and take the optimal approach.

Mandatory Requirements

■Required for all
・Corporate sales of intangible products (SaaS, system development) or IT consulting experience (3 years or more)

■Either is required
・Practical experience in digital marketing at a business company (B2C, B2B marketing experience)
・Client work experience
・Practical marketing experience or marketing consulting experience
・System consulting experience

Highest level of education: Graduate school, university, vocational school, high school

Preferred Requirements

・Experience in proposing digital marketing, MA tools, and CDP tools
・Experience in proposing the construction of data analysis infrastructure, such as DWH
・Knowledge of marketing products
