[What you'll be doing]
You will be involved in EPM implementation, development, and maintenance projects, mainly for customers in the manufacturing industry.
- Identifying problems in the manufacturing industry and proposing solutions
- Proposing EPM implementation and integration with other systems

■Even if you have no experience, you can obtain basic certifications in one month of training after joining the company and immediately participate in projects.

When we first started, we proposed business improvement plans at factories to deliver high-quality products in a short delivery time.
Thirty years ago, the term DX was unfamiliar to the ears, and it was difficult to gain understanding from customers.
In some cases, the factories themselves lost their competitiveness, and the towns that were supported by the factories became deserted as a result of the factories downsizing and closing down.
We do not want to repeat such tragedies.
That is why Hopes does not propose systems to its medium-sized and small-sized customers, but instead helps them recognize the issues they really want to solve and then proposes solutions to those issues.
Since the company was founded, we have mainly proposed solutions to the manufacturing industry, and although we have received many inquiries, we do not think that we are able to fully respond to them.
In addition, even within the manufacturing industry, there are many different types of production, and we feel that we are not able to respond to all types of production.
Therefore, by having people who have been active in various fields join Hopes, we would like to further accelerate our activities of identifying issues and making proposals.
In particular, since we currently have MES, ERP, EPM, etc., we will seamlessly connect these and propose optimization of PSI and S&OP.
