Job Description

Job Overview
The review process involves checking the information of stores that wish to use the QR code payment service. Based on representative information and the store's application address, you will verify the actual operation of the store following the manual and check if the products and sales methods being handled by the store are legitimate. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the team that handles these tasks as a team leader.

Manage team members (staff management, shift creation, labor cost management)
Follow-up (training team members, creating manuals, etc.)
Client negotiations (preparing reports on inquiries/number of cases, business progress reports, attending meetings, etc.)
Manage budget and actual results after the project launch
Lead and manage team operations, including process improvements
In the onboarding training, you will start by learning operator tasks, the routine work process, and practical knowledge step by step. Afterward, you will deepen your understanding of the work through OJT with senior leaders. Ample training time is provided, so you can learn from the basics at your own pace!
