・Sales to corporations (general companies, construction companies, design offices, etc.), government agencies, etc.
・The job involves sales activities to secure orders for construction projects. You will collect customer needs and collaborate with various internal departments (construction management, design/estimation, procurement, site administration, etc.) to make optimal proposals for clients and uncover new projects to secure orders.
・The construction projects include new, maintenance, and renovation works for various types of buildings such as office buildings, hotels, apartments, department stores, theaters, and hospitals. These projects involve installing and maintaining indoor electrical, HVAC, and network systems.
・The scale of projects can vary, ranging from several million yen to several billion yen.
・During the first 1-2 years after joining, you will work alongside senior employees to learn the company’s rules and the way Kandenko works.
Sales experience (industry does not matter, not limited to construction).
Education: High school diploma or higher.
・Sales experience in the construction industry (including proposal-based or bidding sales).
・Corporate sales experience (in a manufacturing company).
・Sales experience with general contractors (ゼネコン) or in the public sector (government agencies).
・Specialized knowledge in the energy sector or related fields.
