Position Title: Account Executive (Enterprise Segment) for CloudSign
Department: CloudSign Business Division, Business Account Department, Enterprise Account Team
Team Overview:
The Enterprise Account Team focuses on strategically targeting and nurturing large enterprises (with 1,000+ employees) to expand our client base. The team is divided into two segments:
Enterprise Account Team (This Role): Responsible for proposal and closing new accounts that have yet to adopt CloudSign.
Account Executive Team: Focuses on deepening existing client relationships within organizations already using CloudSign, including expanding its use within other departments and group companies.
Job Opening Background:
Due to rapid growth in the electronic contract market, driven by recent societal trends and government policies, we are receiving more inquiries from enterprise companies. However, many companies are still using a mix of paper and digital contracts. To accelerate adoption and strategically address these challenges, we are establishing this new team and looking to recruit talent.
Job Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for targeting large enterprises (1,000+ employees) and addressing their legal and contract-related challenges by proposing CloudSign and other solutions to help them transition to fully electronic contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with key stakeholders in large enterprises to understand their needs and effectively pitch CloudSign.
Build and maintain strong relationships with executive decision-makers.
Handle long-term projects and system integration initiatives while securing quick wins.
Develop and manage sales pipelines to meet annual targets, using Salesforce for lead management.
Share case studies within the team to build collective knowledge and improve the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
Experience in new customer acquisition and proposal-based sales.
Ability to create presentations and proposal documents.
Education:
Graduate degree, Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B SaaS sales.

● Short-Distance Allowance System
An allowance provided to employees whose straight-line distance from their home to the company is within 2 km, with a maximum of 30,000 yen.

Employees can contribute a fixed amount each month and purchase company shares via salary deductions with a company subsidy (5% of the contribution).
● Corporate DC System
A system to accumulate funds for retirement, where employees contribute a fixed amount monthly from their salary and can receive the accumulated amount after reaching 60 years of age. Contributions can be used for savings or invested in insurance or investment products.
● Club Activity Subsidy System
Various club activities (circles) are held within the company to promote interaction among employees. A partial subsidy is provided for activity costs when employees participate in these activities.
