Job Description

~Proposing Solutions for Fundamental Issues
Salesforce Engineer / Implementation Consultant

◆ Background
With the growth of the CloudSign business, we have been receiving more requests for integration between CRM systems (Salesforce, kintone) and CloudSign. Instead of simply introducing SaaS-type services independently, companies need proposals that optimize entire business processes while integrating with existing systems and CRMs. As the number of CloudSign users increases, we require Salesforce engineers/implementation consultants with technical expertise in system integration, which is why we are now hiring.

◆ Job Overview
You will propose system architecture for promoting paperless and stamp-less electronic contracts to customers. In collaboration with the sales team, you will not only promote the standalone implementation of CloudSign as a SaaS product, but also provide proposals for optimizing business processes by integrating it with customers' existing systems and CRMs.

◆ Job Details
The Salesforce Engineer/Implementation Consultant will leverage the relationships built by the sales team to accurately assess the customer's IT department, existing system environment, and situation. Based on this, you will technically validate how CloudSign can integrate with the customer's existing systems and design the ideal system architecture to promote business improvement.

The sales team, having already understood the customer's business challenges, departmental issues, and operational problems, will build relationships with the client and use this to delve deeper into system-related matters.

The pre-sales team is involved in the pre-sales process, proposals, implementation, and customer support for CloudSign products based on Salesforce and kintone. Additionally, they contribute to product version upgrades and requirement definitions to improve the product offerings.
