Salary Details

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for sales and proposals for various solutions, including the development and implementation of core business systems and ERP systems, targeted at medium-to-large companies (finance, manufacturing, logistics, real estate, etc.) in blue ocean markets.

You will handle the entire process from the development of sales strategies to the execution of obtaining prime projects.

By understanding both the company's solutions and the client's business, and proposing solutions to solve their challenges, you will play a key role in contributing to the business growth of both the company and the client.

Specific Duties:

Sales to end-users, system consultants, and SI vendors
Engaging in the full cycle of sales activities, from creating projects to actual selling and post-order follow-up
Developing sales strategies and acquiring new customers
Proposal sales aimed at obtaining prime projects for system development
Engaging in discussions about clients' future vision
Understanding clients' IT development processes, budgets, and annual project numbers
Formulating and proposing account plans based on clients' business plans and industry trends
Negotiating and adjusting contract terms
Background of the Position: The company is currently experiencing its highest-ever sales and is entering a second founding phase. They are focusing on medium-sized businesses, particularly in prime projects and ERP implementation. To achieve the goal of ¥10 billion in sales by 2025, they are recruiting new members.

Mandatory Requirements
