Job Description
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for solution sales to lawyers and law firms. Bengoshi Dotcom aims to connect experts and clients through its platform to resolve legal issues, contributing to a society where everyone can live in safety and prosperity.
Sales team members will focus on marketing support and web strategy proposals, aiming to expand revenue for law firms. Additionally, they will support operational efficiency (DX promotion) to maximize the time lawyers can spend addressing client concerns.
You will work to address the societal issue of "over 70% of people who experience legal troubles do not consult a lawyer," by supporting lawyer recruitment and improving operational efficiency (DX).
Job Responsibilities:
Lead generation, appointment setting, sales meetings, and contract acquisition.
Post-sales follow-up, including reviewing results based on analysis data and reports, and suggesting improvements.
Proposing additional services based on client needs.
You will propose services focused on marketing and operational support, continuously engaging with clients to offer tailored solutions.
Marketing Support Services:
Paid plans for the "Bengoshi Dotcom" legal consultation portal.
Listing ads planning (Google Ads/GDN, Yahoo! Listings/YDN, etc.).
Website creation services.
Operational Support Services:
Subscription services for legal books for lawyers.
Online seminars for lawyers.

Attracting Clients
Before Bengoshi Dotcom, the legal world was a closed one where lawyers often rejected one-time clients. Currently, only 28.5% of people consult lawyers due to concerns such as not knowing which lawyer to consult, cost worries, or not feeling it’s necessary to hire a lawyer. We aim to solve these issues by running a platform that connects general users with lawyers, working toward the realization of "accessible justice."
