You will grow into a person who will steer large-scale construction projects that remain on the map, such as buildings, condominiums, and shopping centers that you see on the city.

[Specific duties]
First duties to be performed (please check the bottom of the job description for the contents of the 10-day training)

■Preparation of documents to be submitted
You will prepare documents to obtain permission from the government to "OK to carry out construction".

■Photographing and managing construction records
Photograph and record when, where, and who carried out the construction.

■Preparation of administrative documents
Prepare documents and reports regarding the construction plan.

■Morning meetings, evening meetings, regular meetings
We will check the progress of the work to see how much has been completed and what work will be done today. Please rest assured that all work will be carried out together with senior employees and current employees.

[Future duties]
- Creating and adjusting schedules until the building is completed
- Safety management of craftsmen
- Site patrols
- Creating drawings necessary for building (using AutoCAD, etc.)
As you gradually become accustomed to the above duties, you will be able to take charge of large-scale projects.

■Recruitment background
As has been reported in the news recently, the construction industry is said to be short of human resources, but on the other hand, many construction projects are ongoing, such as large commercial facilities, the world's most advanced railways, and sports facilities.
