Salary Details

Annual Salary: ¥4,200,000 - ¥7,500,000 The above model annual salary is calculated based on standard bonuses (twice a year) and regular overtime (40 hours). Breakdown: For non-management positions: Monthly salary (base salary + full overtime pay) × 12 + bonus twice a year Base salary: ¥227,900 - ¥386,800 Overtime pay is fully covered separately.

Job Description

Corporate Sales (Consulting Sales)
[Overview and Detailed Role of the Position]
Our company operates the service "Sharefull," which allows users to register their available time and find one-day jobs. Sharefull is a startup company, but it has already surpassed 4.16 million downloads and is expanding its revenue year by year (over 300% increase compared to the previous year).
The Sapporo office just started in October 2023, and we are looking for someone who wants to gain experience in launching a new office.

Specific Tasks
You will be responsible for sales activities, such as acquiring new clients, following up with existing clients, and deepening relationships. You will listen to the recruitment and personnel challenges of our corporate clients and propose solutions to address these challenges. Based on your experience, knowledge, skills, personal preferences, and areas of expertise, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:

Understanding Client Challenges

Acquiring appointments for business meetings (some appointments will be supplied through sales outsourcing)
Conducting meetings to understand the client’s situation and challenges
Proposal of Solutions to Address Challenges - Job Postings / Strategy Proposals for Client Challenges

Proposing stable methods for securing missing personnel
Proposing improvements in talent acquisition and personnel cost management
Product and service improvements based on feedback from users and clients
Improving efficiency in recruitment and labor-related tasks
Driving Job Application Fulfillment and Expanding Workforce

Expanding to multiple stores and locations
Headquarters of companies with multiple branches
Exploring new locations
Suggesting improvements based on seasonal factors and the status of competitors in the industry
Proposing improvements to job advertisements to fulfill job applications
Supporting onboarding for stores accepting users

Mandatory Requirements

**[Required Experience]**
One of the following experiences is required:
- Sales experience in the talent acquisition field, particularly in recruitment media sales (preferred)
- Service sales experience for restaurants (e.g., delivery services)
- Valid driver's license (You will be expected to visit clients using a car as part of remote work)
