Job Description

You will be in charge of construction management at construction sites for the company's condominiums, office buildings, commercial facilities, etc.

We are looking for additional staff to continue expanding the company's construction business.

You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, managing the safety of engineers and workers, process management, expense calculations, budget and cost management, application preparation, etc., and other tasks to ensure that construction proceeds efficiently and site management will be entrusted to you according to your skills.

and has rapidly increased the number of orders and sales (40% of sales are from the construction business).
