**Corporate Sales (Consulting Sales)**
**[Position Overview and Detailed Role]**
We operate "Sharefull," a service that allows users to register their available spare time and find one-day jobs. [Sharefull](https://sharefull.com/) is a startup, but it has already surpassed 4.16 million downloads and continues to expand its revenue year by year (with a growth of over 300% compared to the previous year).
We are now recruiting new members for our Osaka branch, which officially started operations in October 2023!
**Specific Tasks:**
You will be responsible for sales activities such as acquiring new clients, following up with existing clients, and deepening relationships. You will listen to the recruitment and personnel challenges of our corporate clients and propose solutions to address these challenges. Based on your experience, knowledge, skills, personal preferences, and areas of expertise, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:
1. **Understanding Client Challenges**
- Acquiring business meeting appointments (some appointments will be supplied through sales outsourcing)
- Conducting meetings to understand the client's situation and challenges
2. **Proposing Solutions to Address Challenges - Job Postings / Strategy Proposals for Client Issues**
- Proposing stable methods for securing missing personnel
- Proposing improvements in talent acquisition and personnel cost management
- Improving products and services based on feedback from users and clients
- Improving efficiency in recruitment and labor-related tasks
3. **Driving Job Application Fulfillment and Expanding Workforce**
- Expanding to multiple stores and locations, including headquarters of companies with multiple branches
- Exploring new locations
- Suggesting improvements based on seasonal factors and the status of competitors in the industry
- Proposing improvements to job advertisements to fulfill job applications
- Supporting onboarding for stores accepting users
**[Required Experience]**
One of the following experiences is required:
- Sales experience in the talent acquisition field, particularly in recruitment media sales (preferred)
- Service sales experience for restaurants (e.g., delivery services)
