**Consulting Sales (Corporate Sales)**
We are looking for individuals to help us solve business challenges for corporate clients through consulting sales, utilizing our platform, "Sharefull," which enables businesses to choose from flexible, one-day assignments.
**Specific Responsibilities:**
You will be involved in a wide range of sales activities, from new customer acquisition to client follow-up and deepening relationships. Your role will focus on identifying and addressing the hiring and personnel challenges faced by corporate clients, and offering solution-based proposals. Depending on your experience, knowledge, skills, and personal strengths, you will handle the following tasks:
1. **Understanding Client Needs:**
- Securing business appointments (some appointments may be provided by external sales agents).
- Conducting meetings to understand client needs and issues.
2. **Providing Solution Proposals:**
- Propose stable methods for securing required personnel.
- Suggest improvements to talent acquisition strategies and reduce labor costs.
- Use client and user feedback to improve products and services.
- Propose strategies to streamline recruitment and labor-related operations.
3. **Driving Job Application Completion & Expansion:**
- Working with companies that have multiple locations or offices, including their headquarters.
- Expanding business at new sites.
- Propose improvements based on seasonal factors and industry trends.
- Suggest ways to optimize job postings to increase application rates.
- Support onboarding of new users and stores.

Sales experience (including both individual and corporate sales)
**Successful Candidates Typically Have Experience in the Following:**
- Sales experience in recruitment advertising for part-time jobs
- Media sales experience in boosting customer acquisition and sales in the food service or retail industry
- Staffing sales experience in logistics, warehouses, or factories
- Store management experience in retail (customer-facing sales)
- Corporate sales experience in human resources (HR) or recruitment
- Experience in staffing or BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) corporate sales
