At our company, we operate a matching platform where users can register their spare time and find daily work opportunities. Although we are a startup under a major HR group, we have surpassed 3.3 million downloads, and our sales continue to grow year by year. We are now looking for a manager-level candidate to lead our sales organization towards achieving 300% growth in our business.
**Job Details**
As a team in the multi-store domain, you will be responsible for managing the team, planning strategies, and executing them, or as a specialist, achieving outstanding results.
**Management Role**
You will be expected to think through the overall strategy for the team, enter the field, and execute the plans as a player-manager.
We also hope you will take on team management and people management responsibilities to maximize the team's performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies with a focus on overall team productivity.
- Manage team members, build the team for growth, and handle people management.
- Identify issues during negotiations and propose solutions.
**Specialist Role**
- Develop strategies to achieve outstanding individual results.
- Execute strategies.
- Mentor and guide team members (focused more on bottom-up collaboration rather than traditional management).
**Sales Organization Structure**
Currently, the sales organization is divided into two sections:
1. Logistics, warehousing, office work, and related domains.
2. Multi-store domain (restaurants, delivery, convenience stores, etc.).
**Required Experience**
- Experience in advertising or media sales (either from the business side or agency side).
- Experience in performance-based sales.
- Sales experience in the human resources industry.
