■ Corporate Sales (Consulting Sales)
You will be responsible for solving corporate clients' challenges through sales, based on the platform "Sharefull," which aims to provide convenient work options that can be chosen by the day.
■ Specific duties:
You will be in charge of a wide range of sales activities, including new customer acquisition, customer follow-up, and deepening relationships. You will listen to corporate clients' recruitment and human resources challenges and provide solution proposals. Depending on your experience, knowledge, skills, personal preferences, and strengths, you will handle tasks such as the following:
(1) Understanding client challenges
- Acquiring meeting appointments (some appointments supplied by sales agents)
- Listening to clients' situation and challenges during meetings
(2) Proposing solutions to address challenges – job postings/initiating measures to resolve client challenges
- Proposing methods to ensure stable staffing
- Proposing improvements in staffing and personnel cost management
- Improving products and services based on user and client feedback
- Streamlining recruitment and labor-related tasks
(3) Fulfilling job applications – Promoting the expansion of work opportunities
- Developing headquarters and other branches for companies operating multiple locations
- Proposing improvements considering seasonal factors and competitors
- Improving job posting content to increase applications
- Supporting onboarding at user accepting stores.
Experience in customer service or sales, including meeting sales targets
