Job Description

■ Corporate Sales (Consulting Sales)
**Overview of the Position and Role**
Our company operates "Sharefull," a service that allows users to find one-day jobs by registering their available spare time. [Sharefull Website](https://sharefull.com/). Although Sharefull is a startup, it has already surpassed 4.16 million downloads, and its sales have been expanding year by year (over 300% year-on-year growth).
The Fukuoka office launched in October 2023, and currently, two members, including the manager, are working on setting up the base.

**Specific Duties**
You will be responsible for various sales activities, including new client acquisition, client follow-up, and deepening relationships. You will listen to the recruitment and human resources challenges of corporate clients and propose solutions. Based on your experience, knowledge, skills, individual preferences, and strengths, you will handle the following tasks:

(1) Understanding client challenges
- Acquiring meeting appointments (some appointments may be provided by sales agents)
- Listening to clients' situation and challenges during meetings

(2) Proposing solutions to address challenges – job postings/initiating measures to resolve client challenges
- Proposing stable staffing methods to address personnel shortages
- Proposing improvements in recruitment and personnel cost management
- Improving products and services based on user and client feedback
- Streamlining recruitment and labor-related tasks

(3) Fulfilling job applications – Promoting the expansion of work opportunities
- Developing headquarters and other branches for companies with multiple locations
- Proposing improvements based on seasonal factors and the situation of competitors
- Improving job posting content to increase applications
- Supporting onboarding at user accepting stores

Mandatory Requirements

(Required) One of the following experiences:

Sales experience in the human resources field, especially experience in sales for job posting media is preferred
Sales experience providing services to restaurants (e.g., delivery services)
This is a job opening limited to the Fukuoka area. We are looking for individuals who wish to relocate back to their hometown or establish a career locally!

Graduate school, university, vocational school, or high school
